The New Valerie

My friend Julie cut 7 inches off...

Here is what my hair looks like straight:

I really like it. Now, I have to see how long I can keep up with it. I bought a flat iron on the way home... have to learn to use it. If it turns out I can't handle the upkeep of straight hair, I know the curly way looks ok...

Yeah!!!!

I like it. It looks really nice and I pray it will be easy for you to maintain. I've never used a flat iron either. I have to say I'll miss the curls only because that's what I'm used to seeing. But change is good.

I love it!!
If you need any flat iron tips, I'm sure your daughter or I could see you through! We both have said goodbye to curly! (Although I do let mine by curly every once in a while!)

Laci,
I have been wishing Steph was here all day!
I may need to teach Fred how to do it so he can get the back of my head for me! lol

J/K I don't think I would be able to trust that he won't burn me!

cute hair!!! you brave woman. i can't wait to see it in person. well, and you. i've given up on defying my hair's desires. it's wavy, doggone it. and i'll just let it be. i'm with mary - i like your curls. it absolutely matches your personality. and could also help others gauge if you are having a strawberry milkshake day.

milkshakes - BEST strawberry milkshake i've had: Collins produce at St Cloud and 60. REAL strawberries. Steak N Shake - orange freeze is refreshing. Chick Fil A - coffee shake rocks. helped me drive to Savannah with Evelyn and Kelsy. ;-)
